These terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Northbridge Markets through this website. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your basket or opening the checkout page does not create a contract. A contract is formed only once your payment has been confirmed by our payment provider and your order has been created, at which point you receive an Order ID.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown before you pay: standard UK delivery is free and express UK delivery is £9.99. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel and refund an affected order.

Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, within up to 15 days from confirmation of payment. Tracking information shown on this website is generated by our own order system.

Cancellation and returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to applicable UK consumer law. See our refund policy for full details.

Your account of information

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details supplied at checkout.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any statutory rights you have where you live in the UK.
