Where we deliver

Northbridge Markets delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK cannot be accepted, and checkout will not allow a non-UK delivery country.

Delivery options and cost

• Standard UK delivery: free on every order.
• Express UK delivery: £9.99.

Delivery timeframe

Our general stated delivery timeframe is up to 15 days from the point your payment is confirmed. Express orders are prioritised at each stage of handling.

Tracking your order

Once your payment is confirmed, your order receives its own Order ID and tracking number. You can follow its progress on our Track my order page using your Order ID together with the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates shown on that page are generated by our own order system.

Delays

Occasionally an order takes longer than expected. If your order has passed the stated timeframe, email us at killublox@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will look into it.
