Refund and returns policy

Returns window

You may return an item within 7 days of receipt. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including your cancellation rights for goods bought at a distance.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

How to start a return

Email killublox@gmail.com with your Order ID and the email address used at checkout, and tell us which items you wish to return and why. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within a few working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
