Who we are

Northbridge Markets is an online shop selling to customers in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact killublox@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, postcode and country.
• Order records: the products bought, amounts paid, delivery method and tracking information.
• Marketing measurement data: campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) and website events including page views, product views, add to basket, checkout started and purchase.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Why we use your data

• To take payment, fulfil your order and provide order tracking (performance of a contract).
• To answer your enquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interests).
• To measure advertising and improve the shop (consent or legitimate interests, as applicable).

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising. It records page views, product views, checkout starts and completed purchases, and may set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your advertising preferences with Meta.

Retention

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Marketing measurement data is kept for no longer than necessary.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Email killublox@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Order lookups

Order tracking requires both the Order ID and the email address used at checkout. We do this so that no one can view another customer's order details.
