What is the money-back guarantee and returns policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to our refund policy and applicable UK consumer law. The item should be returned complete and in the condition required by the policy.
What are the suction power, bin capacity, hose length and weight?
Full measured specifications will be published here after final supplier verification. We do not publish unverified technical claims.
Does it work for cats?
Yes, the attachments are intended for both dogs and cats. Introduce the appliance slowly, use the lowest suitable setting and never force grooming if your cat shows signs of stress.
Does it include a HEPA filter?
Filter specifications are being verified with the supplier and will be confirmed before dispatch. Contact support before ordering if this feature is essential for you.
Does it require disposable dust bags?
The design uses a reusable collection bin rather than routine disposable bags. Empty and clean the bin after use according to the care instructions supplied.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. Any additional manufacturer warranty will be stated clearly in your order documentation.
What is included in the box?
The kit includes the main grooming unit, flexible hose, grooming brush, deshedding tool, trimmer, cleaning attachment, dryer attachments and care instructions.
